This video is of the entire 11:20 am church service at First Baptist Church, Irving, TX on February 14, 2016. It can be viewed here. The sermon begins at the 22:45 mark. Allen begins to deal with the extent of the atonement at the 42:45 mark. In that section of the sermon, he explains why 1 John 2:2 does not and cannot teach limited atonement, but rather clearly affirms that Christ died for the sins of all people. He also demonstrates how it is not possible to validly offer salvation to someone for whom no atonement exists.
