Abasciano, Paul’s Use of the Old Testament in Romans 9.1-9: An Intertextual and Theological Exegesis (JSNTSup/LNTS, 301; London: T & T Clark, 2005).
The doctoral dissertation available here has a substantial amount of additional information compared to the published version because the published version had to be cut down to meet the publisher’s space requirements. The published version refers back to the dissertation for fuller information a number of times.
