Here is another post from Calvinist leader Justin Taylor that leaves one baffled at how Calvinists can hold to exhaustive determinism: ‘The 200 Million “Missing” Girls’:
A new documentary, “It’s a Girl! The Three Deadliest Words in the World,” explores the systematic gendercide taking place in India, China, and other areas of South Asia.
Ram Mushru of The Independent, reviewing the film, writes: “The trailer’s most chilling scene is one with an Indian woman who, unable to contain her laughter, confesses to having killed eight infant daughters.”
That line makes me think of Romans 1:32: “Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things [like heartless, ruthless murder—see vv. 29-31] deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.”
Adapting my previous comments about the evil perpetrated by Kim Jong-Il (see http://evangelicalarminians.org/calvinism-and-the-evil-of-kim-jong-il-2/), it is simply baffling that Calvinists can decry the diabolical, heinous act of gendercide and delight in it, yet they hold that God first conceived in his own divine heart gendercide and every act of gendercide and this woman’s murder of eight of her own infant daughters, thought it all up without any influence outside of himself, and unconditionally and irresistibly decreed it all without any influence outside of himself, resulting in every act of gendercide and this woman’s disgusting delight in her own wickedness without any chance, power, or ability to do anything else. It brings me to say yet again, it’s madness I tell you! Madness!!
