Please be aware that creating a user account at the site does not make you a member of the Society of Evangelical Arminians (SEA). Instructions for joining the society are provided below.

Being a member of the society networks you with other members and involves you in pursuing our goals. Anyone who joins the group must affirm the statement of faith and the goals of the society (found on our "About Us" page), and continue to do so to remain a member.

If you agree with our statement of faith and our recognition of Calvinists as fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and you are committed to engaging this issue with love and respect for all, and you would like to join the society, please contact us with a request for membership and an affirmation of your agreement with our goals and statement of faith. We would love to have you join us in spreading and defending the truth of God's word, the goodness of his character, and the glory of his grace. Just go to our contact page and submit a message that:

(1) requests membership in the society
(2) states that you affirm the SEA's statement of faith and goals
(3) provides at least your first and last name, your mailing address, and a contact
phone number

For your convenience, here is a sample request to join SEA that you can copy and paste into your message, filling in your specific information as appropriate:

I, [insert at least your first and last name], request membership in the Society of Evangelical Arminians. I affirm the society's statement of faith and goals, and its general acceptance of Calvinists as fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. [Then fill in your mailing address and phone number]
